Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced licensed Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify cross-selling opportunities, work closely with sales specialists for follow-ups, and support the agency owner in achieving strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver highly personalized and professional customer service by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Efficiently address inquiries related to coverage, billing, claims, and products, ensuring adherence to agency protocols and best practices.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through the implementation of best practices, including Personal and Commercial Insurance Reviews, rate adjustments, and claims management.
  • Process changes to existing accounts and policies with precision and efficiency.
  • Serve as a key liaison between customers, the agency, and various business partners.
  • Guide customers through the claims process by connecting them with the appropriate Claims Department resources and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with both current and prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Demonstrated experience in agency customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC software applications, including Excel, Office Suite, CRM systems, etc.
