Team Driver Job Details
Pay Structure by Time on the Road:
5.5 Days Out: If you’re looking to stay out for shorter periods (around 5.5 days), we’ve got you covered. This option allows you more frequent home time while starting at our base pay of $0.60 CPM + Mail CPM Bonus
10-14 Days Out (Over-the-Road - OTR): Stay on the road for 10-14 days to increase weekly income opportunities. When running mail freight, you will start at $0.65 CPM and increase through additional bonuses for staying out longer.
21+ Days Out: For those willing to stay on the road for extended periods (21+ days), you’ll earn the highest CPM rate, significantly boosting your weekly income, with planned breaks to get you home when it matters.
Pay:
When running mail freight, you automatically receive a $0.05 CPM increase, bringing the base to $0.65 CPM.
Mileage Pay Increases: Additional bonuses based on how long you stay out, with top rates available for drivers committing to longer routes.
Average Earnings: Up to $4,800+ per week (split) as a team On our longest schedules.
Routes:
Consistent mileage on dedicated postal mail routes across 48 states, with OTR incentives.
San Antonio drivers have the option to choose round trips or routes that bring them back home, offering flexibility and schedule control.
Flexibility:
You call the shots on your schedule. We will work with all schedules, whether you prefer shorter trips of 5.5 days or extended OTR commitments.
No missing birthdays or special events – we prioritize your life and work to ensure you don’t have to compromise on what matters.with advance notice

We incentivize safety and good performance, providing additional rewards for drivers who maintain excellent service standards while balancing their time on the road.
