About The Job

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive product marketing strategy and lead go-to-market activities for our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) portfolio in support of key business objectives, including new client acquisition, client retention, and relationship expansion. You’ll partner closely with senior members of the sales, marketing, product management, enablement, and client success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy, plans, and execution across NAM, EMEA, and APAC. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and overall communication strategies as you leverage your proven ability to create and execute key marketing activities and programs within budget and on time; drive comprehensive sales enablement including training, communications, and collateral; and track competitive product and marketing activities to optimize programs, positioning, and key differentiators. Experience marketing CMMS or EAM solutions is a plus for this position.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead development of positioning and messaging for new and existing products by understanding competitive drivers, researching market trends, analyzing audience/client insights, developing personas, and segmenting audiences.
  • Own go-to-market strategy, planning and execution for new product launches and/or releases.
  • Communicate the value proposition and key messaging of the product or solution to key internal stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and consistency throughout the company.
  • Partner with and support sales to develop sales enablement tools and materials, such as battlecards, objection handling documents, FAQs, product stories and slides for pitch decks, product sheets, proof points, etc.
  • Develop marketing copy for key marketing assets, such as solutions and product overview 2-pagers, feature and functionality cards, packaging, and website copy.
  • Develop client insights – understanding their pain points, challenges, day-to-day highs and lows, including how they use Brightly’s CMMS and EAM offerings to solve those pains and make life better. Evangelize and work to push the most critical insights into the rest of the business to help improve products, marketing campaigns, and sales effectiveness.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to drive alignment across product management, marketing, sales, enablement, and client success teams.
  • Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process — with inputs and partnership from the product management team — to define benefits, value, and key marketing activities for key feature launches and releases across geos.

What you need

  • 8+ years of product marketing or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred
  • Experience with CMMS or EAM solutions across industries preferred
  • Knowledge of SaaS strongly preferred
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with proven ability to drive alignment and accountability around go-to-market strategy, planning and execution
  • Experience in developing and/or optimizing product positioning and developing product/marketing messaging and flow-through documents
  • Strong strategic thinking and experience developing successful product marketing strategies to drive product growth with new and existing clients
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, including written and verbal
  • Keen interest in understanding the maintenance and operations industry
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects across multiple timelines
  • Solid accountability and ownership skills with the ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams to meet deadlines
  • Strong growth mindset
