Fiola Mare is our stylish, coastal Italian restaurant inspired by Fabio Trabocchi’s love for seafood. Our menu features wonderful crudo, seafood towers, and daily selections of whole fish and the most pristine seafood from around the world. Offering scenic views from the Georgetown waterfront, Fiola Mare also offers beautifully crafted cocktails and a superb cellar recognized by Wine Spectator with a Best Award of Excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively participates in all training programs and consistently meets training expectations.
- Maintains constant communication with team members while on duty.
- Assists team members with their daily duties whenever possible.
- Establishes positive relationships with guests by making them happy.
- Conducts daily dining room inspections.
- Presents and explains menus to guests.
- Provides food and beverage recommendations to guests.
- Conducts tableside preparation when applicable.
- Conducts full wine service.
- Follows correct cash-handling and reporting procedures.
- Conducts all required Opening, Side-Work, Hand-Over and Closing Duties as outlined by Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants and management.
- Performs additional tasks at the direction of management.
- Reviews, understands and communicates guest-preference data to appropriate persons.
- Maintains mastery-level knowledge of all food and beverage menu-items, ingredients and preparation processes.
- Maintains an understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FOH positions.

- Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company subsidized health insurance. A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits. Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment. The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of serving or captain experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant, exp. with high volume a plus
- Excellent guest service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
- Previous experience with Italian or Spanish restaurants a plus
- Full and part time positions available
