Employee Benefits/Exec Compensation Counsel – Global Law Firm
About the Position:
We are working with an international Am Law 50 firm based in Chicago that has an immediate need for an experienced employee benefits lawyer to join its Chicago office as a Counsel. The clients represented by this leading global practice group include some of the largest businesses in the world, and this is an amazing opportunity to take your skills in benefits and bring them to a truly global practice. Business is not required for this role!

Responsibilities:
· Represent corporate clients with M&A, executive compensation and other related matters
· Assist clients in the design and implementation of new plans as well as redesign of existing benefit arrangements
· Advise clients on all types of health and welfare plan issues
Required Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience with employee benefits and executive compensation
· Excellent academic credentials
