Adecco is assisting their client with their search for an Accounts Receivable Agent.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: 1-2 weeks.
Location: Redwood City CA 94065
Pay: $ 30.00
Duration: Temp (6months -can extend)
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm Mon-Fri
Description:
The Account Receivables (Mid-Level) will have the following responsibilities: Role Summary: Responsible for supporting the controllership team through data gathering and documentation. Responsibilities: Ability to follow tasks assigned by manager within set timelines. Prepare accurate and timely status reports to management and other departments, as needed. Participate in special projects, cost analysis, and other financial initiatives. Prepare assigned monthly and quarterly reconciliations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of work experience. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Characteristics: Associate degree in finance or accounting. Financial services industry experience. Strong analytical, technical and research skills. Strong organizational skills and time management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. Other: Must be willing to comply with preemployment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check. Requires 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Candidates should be tech savvy and very comfortable using shared files, Excel, Outlook, Oracle (or accounting software), and Adobe editing. Strong understanding of Aging and DSO, making notes for invoices and accounts and working in customer portals like Taulia, Coupa and Ariba.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
