Taxi Driver

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a taxi to transport passengers to their destinations
- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting passengers with luggage and providing information about local attractions and points of interest
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, both inside and out
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety
- Collect fares and process payments accurately
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, trips, and fares
- Adhere to schedules and routes provided by dispatch or supervisor
- Communicate effectively with dispatch or supervisor regarding pick-ups, drop-offs, and any other relevant information

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a limousine, van driver, delivery driver, bus driver, or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and attractions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with passengers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

Note: Commercial driving experience in paratransit or similar fields is highly desirable.
