Our client, a global omnichannel retailer, is seeking a temporary Account Manager to join their team in a hybrid capacity in their Hoboken, NJ office. This is a temporary position that will start immediately and run through January 2024.


Job Duties:

  1. Serve as a key point of contact for assigned teams and projects
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers
  3. Act as the primary communicator for issue resolution, ensuring efficient handling of both business and creative challenges
  4. Serve as point of contact for all requested services that deviate from standard production processes
  5. Maintain ongoing communication with both business and creative teams across all project phases to ensure smooth and effective collaboration
  6. Communicate and enforce project schedules
  7. Partner with project teams to maintain a comprehensive understanding of project status
  8. Ensure continuous business satisfaction and provide a calendar aligned with business needs
  9. Liaise between various stakeholders when changes occur within projects
  10. Monitor business requirements for broader creative initiatives by category
  11. Disseminate information, perform needs analysis, and resolve obstacles via the appropriate communication channels to relevant management
  12. Develop and document protocols and routines for a premium experience
  13. Onboard new team members including workflow processes, coordinating with creative and business teams, and ensuring documentation is up to date
  14. Provide feedback to local management regarding project personnel and suggest changes as needed
  15. Review all major deliverables beyond standard production prior to delivery
  16. Maintain knowledge about growth opportunities, new business prospects, and additional support needs
  17. Maintain understanding of the capabilities and services offered by the creative team and effectively communicate them

Job Qualifications Include:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  2. 2+ years in account management or client services within a creative production environment or media agency
  3. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook on both MAC and PC
  4. Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with initiative, self-motivation, and assertiveness
  5. Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
  6. Understanding of production workflow
  7. Willingness to travel as needed between locations

Pay: $49.50/hr
