THE ROLE
  • In this role you are required to deliver impact by devising and running integrated campaigns that drive and capture demand. This is an opportunity for someone who doesn't shy away from team collaboration, project management and who can interpret the overall strategy and translate this into tactical objectives to get things done.
    WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
    • Execute integrated marketing campaigns for your market segment within the region targeting the highest priority audiences and represent the campaign strategy, plan, execution and performance with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders.
    • Execute the campaign planning process for your market segments, ensuring that campaigns are built out at least one business quarter in advance to maximize productivity.
    • Ensure campaigns are generating high quality leads targeted by industry, company size, and region
    • Implement integrated marketing campaigns encompassing email marketing, webinars, events and a variety of other tactics to grow the sales pipeline.
    • Drive alignment with marketing and cross-functional partners across Product Marketing, Digital, Regional Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, Brand & Creative, Sales and Global Communications and other relevant stakeholders, to complete successful campaign launches across the organization
    • Collect feedback from the regional field marketing team to understand local customer needs and refine campaign strategies for relevance and impact.
    • Document campaign performance metrics, key business and revenue metrics across the sales funnel, including prospect acquisition and install base expansion.
    • Document internal communications and drive reporting for your campaign(s), keeping key stakeholders informed throughout the planning and execution process, and partnering cross-functionally to build field programs that improve campaign performance.
    • Partner with our Product Marketing team to align messaging, content and Sales Plays, and understand relevant solutions and use cases that roll into each campaign.
    • Partner with the Marketing Operations to analyze campaign performance data and make adjustments where necessary.
    • Track, measure, and communicate campaign results, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new global best practices.
    • Ensure marketing programs & tactics delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/forecast
    WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE :
    • Bachelor's degree with equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience within SaaS or a high tech business
    • Typically 5+ years of Campaign Management experience with a demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful fully integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once
    • Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
    • Deep understanding of persona marketing, marketing automation, performance marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology.
    • Ability to clearly articulate and deliver on campaign goals, strategy and execution elements to multiple audiences
    • Proven ability to partner effectively with multiple different marketing stakeholders and work effectively with sales teams.
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    WHAT ELSE WOULD BE GREAT
    • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google calendar, docs, sheets, slides) preferred
    • Experience using Salesforce and Marketo preferred

Salary Range: $82,400 - $113,300
