Job Description
The Key Accounts Specialist position, Amazon Marketplace position works directly with the Sales Managers to assist in the effective and efficient management of all activities relating to Amazon Marketplace, and other Key Accounts as assigned, including forecasting, order processing, availability/fulfillment and timely deliveries. As Key Account Specialist, you will also work alongside other departments on behalf of Key Accounts, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to support timely execution of all initiatives and events.
This position reports to the Customer Operations Manager and is based out of our Irvine, CA office.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

As the Amazon Key Account Specialist, you will have an opportunity to:
- Effectively manage all aspects of the Key Account order transactions (including written purchase orders and EDI transactions) to ensure quality customer service, pricing accuracy, product availability, timely deliveries, forecast alignment, and maximized weekly fill rates.
- Assist Sales Managers with detailed and accurate reporting, forecast and inventory analysis, and sales trends as requested.
- Set up and maintain products in Amazon's Vendor Central catalog.
- Regularly review ecommerce product detail pages to ensure customer experience is effective and aligns with marketing strategies.
- Effectively utilize Amazon resolution strategies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate direct import orders from overseas factories.
- Work alongside the regulatory team to track and maintain Amazon's compliance testing documentation.
- With the Sales Managers, assist in tracking all critical Key Account promotional activities, working to anticipate and identify critical changes in order cadence, product availability and forecast deviations.
- Assist in obtaining and maintaining Key Account forecasts, product assortments and price lists. Provide timely updates to Sales Operations Manager as needed.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new accounts and help to document and communicate account compliance requirements relating to IT, VAS, logistics and credit.
- Participate in the Key Account Team environment to support and back up other team members, including help with order management, reporting, training, and problem solving.
- 2+ years experience in the Consumer Product industry in customer service, inside account management and/or marketing with Amazon Marketplace.
- Strong overall computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Exceptional Excel and retail data analysis skills a plus
- Experience with Oracle ERP database system
- Experience with vendor portals or customer ordering systems/platforms
- Competent presentation skills
- Excellent phone and email etiquette
- Exemplary and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Consumer Product business experience in customer service and/or marketing
- A positive attitude and team-based mentality
- The ability to think on your feet and be flexible in a dynamic environment with a variety of personality types
- The ability to excel in a high-visibility position where consensus-building and partnerships are critical to success.
Pay Range:
