We are seeking a Client Consultant to join our datacenterHawk team in Dallas, TX. datacenterHawk empowers people to make better data center real estate decisions by providing the most accurate and useful data center real estate information to the market.
Job Summary:
The Client Consultant is responsible for actively building a consulting practice within datacenterHawk. The Client Consultant will manage relationships with key business customers and clients, develop an understanding of their business needs and priorities, and deliver solutions that meet those business needs in the data center space. In addition, this role will be responsible for funneling insights into the creation of new subscription products.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the expansion and success of a consulting practice.
- Identify potential new opportunities by staying updated on customer needs, industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.
- Actively seek new clients through networking, lead generation, proposal development, and sales presentations.
- Ensure successful project delivery to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor review, profitability, and project budgets to aggressively grow top line bookings while responsibly managing bottom line margin.
- Create new subscription products based on insights from consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing on creation of new subscription-based products.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, or project management.
- Combined with 3+ years of experience working in data center brokerage, data center consultancy, hyperscale user, or colocation provider, with a focus on real estate transactions.
