Job Summary:
The IT Director will be responsible for implementing and managing IT staff and applications systems, delivering business critical IT solutions and support in a high paced, high demand Heavy Metals manufacturing environment. Be a business partner to the BU Leader/s and the BU SLT.

The Packaging & Automotive Rolled Products Business Unit (P&ARP) is a leader in packaging and in automotive with research and technology centers in Michigan and in France and with four manufacturing sites in the US and in Europe.
Constellium Muscle Shoals is an aluminum manufacturing plant based in Alabama with over 1,200 employees. With its widest strip mill in the USA and a world-class recycling center, the site represents one of the largest sites within Constellium and is a world-class can recycling center, with the capacity to recycle nearly 20 billion cans per year. Muscle Shoals' main product is aluminum can sheet for the packaging industry, particularly for beverage containers. It manufactures sheet used in all three components of an aluminum can, namely body stock, coated end stock and tab stock. Additionally, Muscle Shoals' supplies Auto Body Sheet substrate to Constellium's Bowling Green, Kentucky, site.
Inaugurated in 2016, our Bowling Green plant produces flat rolled aluminum Auto Body Sheet products for the growing automotive market in North America. With 150 employees and a capacity to produce 100,000 metric tons annually, the plant offers a full range of automotive alloys with a broad spectrum of thicknesses and widths. Coils supplied by the plant are used for various automotive applications, including closures (inners and outers) and Body-in-White components.
With the growth and changes within the business, Constellium has the need for an experienced IT Director to support our growing business unit.

- Responsibility for all business application systems and IT Infrastructure, projects and support requirements for the business unit in North America.
- Scope of work includes staff management, project execution, IT strategy, support and budgeting for the PARP business unit (2 Plant locations).

- Headquarters Office (Muscle Shoals, AL)
- Bowling Green, KY
- Ensuring local systems are in line with both central IT standards and local business needs.
- Managing relationships with local internal business customers and central IT organizations.
- This position is part of the staff of the PARP Site Leadership team.

- Thorough knowledge and experience of SAP ERP and MES is required. Having the ability to support and have some hands-on experience with managing a successful SAP environment is critical.
- Maximization of uptime in a 24x7 multi-site manufacturing environments
- Project and vendor management
- IT Incident response and resolution
- Establishing SOP's and standards work instructions.
- Responsible for all disaster recovery processes and procedures.
- Good understanding and of management of IT infrastructure, networks, storage, and a data center.
- Participate in SOX and TISAX audits and compliance support for IT systems.
- Support continuous improvement for IT (optimize, standardize, simplify).
- Coordinate projects with global business systems and infrastructure support teams.
- Continuously evaluate the team's capabilities and ensure growth and availability of capacity.
- 10+ years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment supporting enterprise level systems (required)
- 5+ years IT management experience leading small sized teams (preferred)
- Must be familiar with SAP ERP, and EDI (required)
- SAP Experience (required)
- Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects to completion on time and on budget (required)
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time (required)
- Be a visionary and a strategic leader of a technology organization with full responsibility to manage the business.
- Have strong leadership qualities and skills, managing a team of resources that will be in multiple geographic locations.
- Be a partner and a solutions provider to the business and being able to understand the business needs and priorities for strategic development initiatives.
- Have the ability to be consultative and being able to deal with ambiguous situations.
- Management of financial budgets and other administrative tasks such as people reviews, employee growth and management and compliance and audits for SOX, TISAX and other certifications.
