Buyer (Aerospace)

A growing aerospace manufacturing facility in North Phoenix, AZ is actively seeking a Buyer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an excellent salary and benefits package. Responsibilities:

• Must have knowledge and/or willingness to learn quality standards including AS9100, ISO, and NADCAP.
• Experience in Kanban & Consignment Inventory Management Processes helpful
• Strong Negotiation and Contract Management Skills
• Solid PC Skills in a Windows Environment including in Excel, basic VLOOKUP's and pivot tables
• Ability to Work Independently in a civil manner
• Must have solid analytical skills and solution-driven thinking.
• Displays Willingness to Make Decisions

Requirements:

ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, the applicant must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Aerospace a strong plus
• Bachelors Degree is a plus
• Flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork
• Articulate communication skills
• Inventory management experience
• Effective time management
• MS Office skills
• APICS/CPIM certification preferred but not required
