About Travel Retail
Travel Retail Americas oversees all Travel Retail operations across the Americas (over 900 points of sale) including airports, cruise ships, airlines, downtown duty-free stores, and border stores.

We are looking for an Account Executive. This role will support the Sales Director with Cruises Accounts. This includes: sales analysis, product launches, order follow-ups, execution of animations and promotions, to help increase overall market share and growth for the group within this specific TR channel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in business administration or International Business preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of previous professional experience in consumer goods, luxury goods, or cruise company preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities, independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Dominates Excel (advanced capabilities), and proficient in other MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Outlook) / SAP experience preferred.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Appreciated previous titles: Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive, Sales Analyst, Demand Planner.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of sales files (Sell-in & Sell-out) for all brands and clients.
  • Build listing proposals & catalog recommendations in line with brand strategy and aligned with clusters per client & per cruise.
  • Management of marketing assets (newsletters, etc.) specs and pricing for catalogues (including pricing analysis by region).
  • Build & Analyze stock equations per client.
  • Follow up on Credits/Promo items and Claims.
  • Help build and execute an animation plan for each client/brand based on client’s opportunities and budget restrictions.
  • Follow-up of orders, creation of POs, and PLV management.
  • POS visits to client’s cruise stores (locally in Fort Lauderdale port).
