Job Requirements / Description
Job Specific Competencies
- Knowledge of how to calculate material needs based on drawings
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn
- Leadership skills are a plus
- Stick/MIG welding experience is a plus
- Millwright experience is a plus
- Weekend work required
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 45 pounds
- 3-5 years experience in welding and fabrication
- Ability to pass welding test
