We've been asked to identify a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Service Desk Technician with 2+ years of support experience for a full-time, permanent role working onsite with a mission-driven company headquartered in Greenwood Village, CO. You'll join a team of 5 other SDA's to perform front-line support to corporate users of O365, MS Entra ID (Azure AD), and more. The team is smart, focused, and customer service-centric while having fun doing the support. If you are fluent in Spanish its a huge plus!


The hours are M-F, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time in the office. Once every 5 weeks you'll be on-call (low call frequency). Starting pay is $34hr plus excellent benefits and 10% bonus (expected first year earnings ~75k) plus career path with many advancement opportunities available.
