Mi-T-M Corporation is currently looking for a Division Manager who is experienced and results-driven to join our team at Mi-T-M. As the Division Manager, you will have a crucial role in managing all aspects of the account. This includes fostering long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships, leading a dedicated team of sales representatives, coordinating day-to-day activities, promoting product launches, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of major account management experience, preferably in the agricultural or industrial industries, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas and effectively leading teams.


Responsibilities

  1. Account Management: Drive order growth with major account Dealer base in North America. Meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Lead all facets of the enterprise account, building and nurturing solid relationships representing Mi-T-M at events and engagements.
  2. Team Leadership: Develop, Coach, and Retain talented sales team to deliver operating plan. Provide performance management if required. Assign incentive quota targets for all sellers. Coach and mentor sales personnel in establishing professional relationships with appropriate levels of client decision makers.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop tailored account and promotion plans in collaboration with this enterprise account corporate team, setting goals for current and future growth opportunities. Provide accurate forecast for orders.
  4. Product and Service Introduction: Introduce Mi-T-M products and services to the account and its sales members, making recommendations to enhance the existing portfolio.
  5. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal departments to coordinate new product development and launches and achieve account goals.
  6. Sales Reporting: Monitor existing sales reporting, make necessary adjustments, and ensure the achievement of stated sales quotas.
  7. Travel and Engagement: Travel domestically and internationally as needed, engaging with leadership at Mi-T-M. Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
  8. Issue Resolution: Act as the liaison between all departments internally and externally, promptly resolving any issues or complaints.
  9. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate annual contracts and be accountable for the account's profit and loss (P/L).

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 5 years of major account management experience, preferably in the agricultural or industrial industries.
  2. Strong financial acumen - ability to understand and manage P&L including profitability, customer programs and performance to budget.
  3. Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with complex customers.
  4. Self-motivated with excellent communication and issue resolution skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  6. Proven ability as a relationship builder, with experience working with C-suite leadership.
  7. Exceptional multitasking skills.
  8. Inspirational leader with experience in motivating and leading sales teams.
