Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Daily prospect report
- Enter information into database under marketing and share with all email addresses
- Daily communication with owner
- Weekly lunch meetings
- Reach agreed upon sales target by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow up appointments to keep customer aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Penetrate and grow assigned accounts
- Drive company sales of proprietary systems
- New account development
- Communication of company "lowest total cost solution" business proposition and purpose statement
- Utilize consultative sales tools to support the implementation of "lowest total cost solutions" within your key accounts
- Complete "Client Profile" for accounts
- Provide and or coordinate systems and solution training for your assigned customers
- Develop account contact list to include Management, Administration, Environmental Services / Facility Maintenance, Purchasing and Operations
- Support Company by attending seminars and trade fairs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients ability
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Contracts and bids procedure
- Proposal procedure
- Service agreement
- Completion of contract
