JOB DESCRIPTION

Member of the support team responsible for the day-to-day activities at Los Angeles International Airport. The IT Support Specialist / Engineer provides On-site Hardware / Software support.

JOB DUTIES

  1. Provide field operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  2. When required, act as the customer Point-of-Contact and co-ordinate the scheduling of the onsite support with Customer's internal resolver groups and the Service Desk ensuring the highest level of customer services and communications are maintained to resolve the fault and incident within the prescribed SLA.
  3. Carry out onsite repairs of faulty equipment and services to the highest standards and co-ordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver group.
  4. Perform site surveys for new customer sites for preparation for new product and services installation under the guidance of senior team members.
  5. Report and escalate all observed problems to proper operational escalation points.
  6. Carry out preventive maintenance of equipment in accordance with agreed schedules and to manufacturer specifications.
  7. Windows 10 desktop support.
  8. Printer, Audio/Video Displays, and Kiosk support.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Minimum of 1 years’ experience in onsite support activities and repairs of PCs, Printers, LAN WAN equipment & Audio/Video Displays.
  2. Experience with onsite support with users in support of Service Level Agreements.

DESIRED

  1. Experience of working in the Airport / Airline industry preferred.
  2. Willing to work dayshift, night shift and holidays.
