Position: Director of Hospital Finance
Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift (Remote Schedule—One Week Onsite Per Quarter)

Job Description:
The Director of Finance will oversee all financial aspects of assigned facilities and is instrumental in driving financial strategy and planning. This position will serve as a member of the senior leadership team to provide analysis on new initiatives and business opportunities and will advise on impacts of risks and investments. This position will work directly with Centra's senior executives to provide financial data and analytics that drive business decisions at the systems level.
We are looking for candidates with the following:
- Finance experience in a HOSPITAL setting, specifically
- Finance experience in the Heart & Vascular, and/or Brain & Spine service lines, ideally
****This position will have a remote schedule: First two weeks of employment will be fully onsite . Then, the schedule will move to being remote, but with one week onsite required per quarter.
Requirements:
- Required Education: Bachelors Degree
- Required Experience: 5 Years
- Preferred Experience: Hospital finance experience
