This key role involves driving sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and leading efforts across specialty boutiques, department stores, and off-price retailers. The Director of Sales will be instrumental in expanding the brand's market presence specifically in mid-tier majors and specialty stores, ensuring consistent brand representation, and achieving revenue goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 7-10+ years in sales, with 3-5+ years in a leadership role within the fashion industry; experience managing accounts across various retail channels is essential. Established relationships with key department stores and specialty retailers are crucial for driving business growth.
  2. Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with a track record of driving results.
  3. In-depth understanding of the fashion retail industry, particularly women’s apparel, and experience with department and off-price retailers.
  4. Strong ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation abilities for managing contracts and partnerships.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proven history of meeting sales targets.
  7. Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
