CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - HARTFORD
Location: Hartford, CT
Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Construction Associate Attorney to join their Hartford office.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Connecticut is required (admission in New York and/or Massachusetts is a plus).
- 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience with a focus on construction litigation .
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Engage in trial preparation, collaborate with expert witnesses, and represent clients in court.
- Participate in depositions and motion practice in both federal and state courts.
