Data Operations Assistant Responsibilities:
- Transform data for product specifications into the correct format and ensure accuracy
- Implement data quality standards
- Update Excel templates and load files
- Communicate regularly with the ITL team on progress
- Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold core values
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Data Operations Assistant Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Self-motivated with good time management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Science, Food Science, etc.) preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields, with a focus on Regulatory, Quality, R&D or Packaging Engineering
- Must be in Chicagoland and able to work downtown on-site at least 3 days per week
