Job Description: We are seeking a talented and licensed Financial Advisor to join our team. This role involves working with prospective clients to identify gaps in their financial plans and opportunities for improvement. You will guide clients through an educational process to develop actionable plans and create custom investment strategies for the trading team to implement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with prospective clients to identify potential gaps and opportunities in their financial plans.
- Educate clients and help them develop actionable plans to improve their financial situation.
- Create custom investment plans for the trading team to enhance investment performance.
- Leverage support from the administrative and client service departments to handle paperwork and client forms.
- Manage your pipeline independently while relying on team support for operational efficiencies, case designs, and client service.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Initial compensation: $120k - $175k (base and variable comp).
- Long-term compensation: $200k - $250k+ after a few years with the firm.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Securities license: Series 65 or Series 7 and 66.

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
