As the
Delivery and Pump Management Coordinator
, you will be responsible in assisting with the delivery ticket confirmation process and all aspects of pump management. This position will report to and assist the Supervisor of Delivery and Pump Management with assigned projects as needed. This team's goal is to implement processes to improve equipment management and other pharmacy operations.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Based in Englewood, CO, this is can be a remote opportunity. Candidates can reside within the Continental USA.

Responsibilities
Assists in managing the delivery ticket confirmation process
Understands delivery methods and corresponding websites, including VirtueScript, FedEx Ship Manager, and McKesson PHD
Assist in all aspects of pump management, including but not limited to, inventory and preventative maintenance
Communicates consistently and professionally with other Amerita employees and management teams as needed
Completes other tasks and special projects, as instructed
Qualifications
Certified pharmacy technician preferred.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Minimum of 1+ years of in the pharmacy field with home infusion and specialty experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
Excellent organizational skills and mindfulness.
Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
Superior analytical, quantitative, logic and critical thinking skills.
