We’re looking for people who want to make a lasting impact on the financial well-being of individuals, families, and small businesses—motivated people who can answer yes to one of the following questions:
- Do you have sales or managerial experience in another industry?
- Have you previously run a business?
- Do you have an MBA or other equivalent degree?
In the Accelerated Path to Management Program, you’ll start off as a financial professional, learning how to sell our products, build client relationships, and meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role. You’ll then undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prime you for success as a manager. You will use that experience to understand how to recruit and coach others to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with potential clients in Charlotte, NC through active engagement with the local community.
- Cultivating and sustaining lasting connections with financial advisors and clients to drive sales and ensure customer loyalty.
- Crafting innovative strategies to enhance customer service within the program by analyzing customer feedback and market trends.
- Increasing visibility of the company's products and services among the target audience by participating in industry conventions and events.
- Building relationships in the community by networking.
Qualifications
- To participate in the Accelerated Path to Associate Partner Program in Charlotte, NC, candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Candidates applying for the Associate Partner Program should have a proven track record of managing sales teams effectively for a minimum of 3 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for guiding and leading a team in the Accelerated Path to Associate Partner Program.

Compensation
$60,000 - $155,000 yearly
