What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and expand clinical pharmacy services in ambulatory specialty clinics.
  • Lead operational growth in oncology and specialty areas like GI, Rheumatology, and Infectious Disease.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of specialty pharmacy services, including oversight of high-cost drug utilization.
  • Identify cost savings and revenue generating ideas.
  • Support and manage pharmacy liaisons and specialists.
  • Oversee PGY2 Hematology/Oncology and other specialty residency programs.

About You

  • Licensed to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or pending reciprocity).
  • Post-graduate training or at least 2 years of experience in ambulatory care/specialty pharmacy.
  • Experience providing direct patient care in Hematology and/or Oncology with some leadership experience.
  • Board Certification in Oncology or Specialty Pharmacy (BCOP or BCPS) is a must.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to oversee clinical and operational programs effectively.
  • Be a creative thinker.
