We’re seeking an Operations Director to lead key projects that drive our growth and impact. In this role, you’ll manage various initiatives, build relationships with nonprofit partners, and support the expansion of new and existing programs, all while working closely with senior leadership.


We need a flexible, independent professional who can manage complex projects from start to finish. If you’re proactive, adaptable and can work in an environment where you balance strategy with action, this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Develop Projects: Work with senior leaders to set project goals, create detailed plans, manage budgets, and set timelines to keep everything moving smoothly.
  • Drive Program Growth: Lead the expansion of new and existing programs, including handling all the logistics. This could also include implementing initiatives that complement what we’re already doing.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Serve as the main contact for our partners, manage relationships, and negotiate with vendors to make sure our partnerships support our goals.
  • Manage Projects from Start to Finish: Oversee various projects, ensuring they’re completed on time and within budget. Solve problems as they arise and adjust as needed to stay on track.
  • Support Operations: Help with department needs like finding new vendors, planning events, or improving our processes.
  • Manage Compliance: Keep an eye on compliance, making sure all projects and programs meet the necessary regulations and internal standards.
  • Report: Review what worked and what didn’t after each project. Collect feedback, create reports, and share results to help us keep improving.
