Job Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and prepare patients for exams, ensuring precise digital charting and code verification.
  •  Capture high-quality x-ray images.
  •  Assist dentists in various treatment procedures, including complex treatments such as RCTs, Cording Packing, Crown        Seat, Denture adjustments, and Implant surgeries.
  •  Familiarity with sedation treatments, including information sharing, post-care, and monitoring (additional training         provided).
  • Delegate and support the setup and sterilization of exam and treatment rooms.
  • Discuss treatment options, importance, and recommended follow-up care with patients.
  • Perform teeth polishing and sealant placement procedures (with required certifications).
  • Train team members in scheduling appointments and providing patient care.
  • Delegate instrument sterilization and maintain cross-contamination standards.
  • Willingness to support team members in any necessary tasks.
  • Foster a positive and uplifting patient environment through engaging interactions before, during, and after visits.
  • Collaborate with dentists and operations manager to identify areas of improvement.
  • Manage patient flow and streamline the overall process for efficient visits.
  • Monitor staff and dentist time management to optimize patient care.
  • Guide parents and patients through post-care instructions.
  • Assist patients with company-provided prizes and dismissal.
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Train and monitor progress of new team members and externs.
  • Complete inventory orders and manage office budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Valid Texas Issued Registered Dental Assistant License
  • 5+ years of Dental Assisting experience
  • 2+ years Lead experience
  • Preferred certifications: Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, and Coronal Polishing
  • Experience in RCT, Cord Packing, Denture Adjustments, Crown Seat, and Implant Surgery
  • Experience in training team members and monitoring their progress
  • Proficiency in Digital x-rays, Digital charting, and iTero Scanning

  • Hourly Salary:  Starting at $25hr. 5 Years Experience and up (based on experience) 
  • Monthly Bonus: Based off team goal
  • Classification: Non-Exempt
  • Status: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and Fridays 7:00 am - 1:00 pm  NO WEEKENDS!
