INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system has a great opportunity for a Director of Human Resources in Oklahoma City, OK. The Director of HR Operations is responsible for managing the HR operations, technology, and customer service functions within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR systems and processes to maximize human capital management and support the strategic evolution of HR. The Director of HR Operations will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless and efficient HR service delivery.


The Director will also be instrumental in creating an exceptional customer experience and ease of access for caregivers and leaders, leveraging technology and streamlined processes to enhance service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  3. Knowledge of HR policy and practice, including systems and technology, including HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
  4. Practical understanding and application of employment law and regulatory compliance, ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant legal standards and industry regulations.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in using data to solve problems and drive decision-making.
  8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
