Our client is a leading global law firm seeking a Legal Campus Recruiting Manager, to be based in their Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis (3 days). This is an outstanding opportunity to have ownership for the DC office’s campus recruiting strategy, to run end-to-end processes and candidate management, and to develop and cultivate relationships with the DC Partner group.
The firm is seeking a strong recruiter ideally with relevant experience from legal environments or other professional/financial services. Campus experience is highly preferred. Excellent relationship management and communication skills, a consultative approach, strong judgement and a confident manner are critical to success in this role.
