Job Description
As the Senior Developer – Dynamics CRM , you will bring a comprehensive approach to software development across the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product, workflows, and services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that enhance our customer relationships, improve data quality, and business processes. Your role is crucial in driving the desired outcomes for seamless Agent experiences across our multiple lines of businesses. You will harmonize business requirements by conducting code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the highest standards of quality.
This role is remote eligible , which means you would work virtually from home or another US based non-Best Buy Health location.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and optimize Dynamics CRM systems performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Champion a quality-driven mindset, providing insights on quality/risk tradeoffs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that enhance our customer relationships and improve business processes.
- Mentor team members on development best practices, techniques, and foster a quality-centric culture through collaboration.
- Validate business requirements by transforming them into well-defined technical tasks for efficient execution in sprints.
- Triage issues, manage defects, and work closely with Product and Quality team members to resolve bugs and ensure quality across the Dynamics Platform.
- Drive and coordinate the work performed by the Quality Engineering team, within onshore and offshore processes and teams.
Basic qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 3 years of experience with CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics.
Preferred qualifications
- 5 years Software Engineering related work experience preferred.
- 3 years of experience working with and understanding CRM customer service processes.
- 3 years experience working and understanding dynamics customer engagement, field services, and lead management.
- Experience working in a regulated environment for 2 years.
- 5 years experience with CRM platforms - Microsoft Dynamics.
- 3 years experience understanding of CRM processes, including customer service, sales, and marketing.
- 3 years experience demonstrating Call Center function to be able to perform tests from Agent and Supervisor personas.
