The role
- As a Growth Marketer at Middesk, you will be responsible for managing our acquisition and retention strategy + execution. This role is critical to generating the awareness, developing the pipeline, and helping to convert that pipeline to paying customers.
- This role will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to accelerate Middesk's growth.
What you'll achieve
- You will ideate, launch, and measure the effectiveness of performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. SEM, Paid Social, Webinars, Events, Lifecycle) to increase awareness, engage high quality leads to convert via self-service, generate Sales pipeline, shorten deal cycles, and retain and expand our customer relationships.
- You will implement and scale our lead/pipeline generation engine through testing, learning, and thoughtful execution.
- In partnership with Product Marketing, you will develop a deep understanding of our personas, the competitive landscape, and ROI.
What you've accomplished
- 3+ years (2+ years of that in B2B) of growth marketing experience.
- Outcome responsibility: You have previously been involved in budgeting for paid marketing and were responsible for performance outcomes of that budget.
- Channel expertise: You spike in a few Growth Marketing channels.
- Marketing systems: You’ve mastered standard marketing automation and email tools.
- Agency management: You’ve managed a digital agency.
