Reporting to the Coordinator Safety & Training, this role supports the implementation and running of training on site.

This role is offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster and is Fly in Fly out from Perth or Drive in Drive out from the Goldfields region.

About the role:
- This role supports the Safety and Training Coordinator with the implementation and running of training on site.
- Ensure all aspects of training are met for job-specific roles, and that all employees, both Surface and Underground, are compliant.
- Oversee and ensure all training compliance is conducted in line with our Training management process.
- Maintain compliance and ensure personnel have the necessary skills/training for their work area within the Mining industry.
About you:
- 2 years’ experience in a Safety and Training role.
- Cert IV TAE40116 Training and Assessing.
- Cert IV Occupational Health and Safety (Desirable).
- Minimum 10 years mining (Underground and/or Processing) experience in an Operator or Safety position.
- Experience in Safety & Training management programs such as SuccessFactors LMS, INX (Desirable).
- Computer literate and capable of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- ICAM Fundamentals (Desirable).
- Prepare, maintain, and test response equipment (Desirable).
