Top 3 Skills Needed: Valid IN drivers license , working with SLA, experience fixing/diagnosing/repairing printers

Only interested in candidates that have printer support beyond troubleshooting. Need to be able to diagnose a printer, remove/replace parts, fix printers without training. Need experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Delivery and installation of printer supplies, maintains, repairs equipment.
• Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
• Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company representatives to coordinate product solution.

Education & Training

• 2-5 of PRINTER experience is required. (break-fix type work not basic troubleshooting )
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent driving record.
• Valid IN driver’s license.
• Reliable Transportation Required
• Sound administrative & computer skills.
• Microsoft Office Suites is Desirable
