Title : Medical Director
Salary/Pay Rate : $230,000 - $250,000 per year - Relocation offered
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with 5% match, 12 Paid Holidays per year, 1 Personal Holiday per year, Approx. Schedule : Full-Time or Part-Time (Part-Time is half the annual salary)
People Placers Staffing is excited to be partnering with a leading behavioral health facility in Vancouver, Washington, in their search for a Medical Director. This organization is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals facing mental health and substance abuse challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a team committed to improving the well-being of the community.
The Medical Director will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing the medical services at the facility. This includes working closely with the executive team in program planning, developing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and supervising medical staff. The Medical Director will also be a key contributor to quality improvement initiatives and will work to integrate physical and behavioral health in all programs.
Medical Degree (MD or DO)
Current WA State DOH medical license with prescriptive authority
Experience in policy development
