Inside Sales Consultants play a pivotal role in ensuring all leads and sales communications are managed timely, effectively, and professionally. This includes answering client inquiries, facilitating sales transactions, and collaborating with our logistics teams to ensure the best client experience.

Key Job Functions:

  1. Determine customers' moving needs and sell additional services.
  2. Answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls, and reply to web-based sales leads.
  3. Coordinate onsite sales appointments for outside sales representatives.
  4. Knowledge of Florida geography (cities, counties).
  5. Address customer objections and effectively sell the features and benefits of our services.
  6. Work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Stay organized and enthusiastic about delivering a great customer experience.
  8. Create and retain customers for life.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of inside or outside sales experience working directly with customers (REQUIRED).
  2. Experience in a closing sales position.
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to learn quickly.
  4. Technologically proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
  5. Excellent listening and communication skills.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  8. Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
  9. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and results-driven motivation.
  10. College degree preferred.
  11. Bilingual (a plus, but not required).

Work Hours:

Inside Sales Call Center is open from 7 am-9 pm, 7 days a week. Hours will rotate.

Compensation:

Competitive compensation package, including but not limited to commissions, bonus incentives, and benefit options.
