Position: Marketing and Communication Specialist
Job description:
Work with cross-functional partners and external vendors to create or revise marketing materials
Interface with Regulatory and utilize Aprimo system to manage material approvals
Adhere to established brand guidelines, processes, and tools
Overall project management and tracking to ensure alignment with budget and timeline
Own product categories as assigned
Collaborate with global regions on product needs
Manage backorders, including communication on backorders
Own internal sales newsletter
Manage supply chain/demand planning on assigned product categories
Field questions from regional marketing colleagues
Respond to sales rep questions
Assist in developing sales training content
Serve as backup to Brand Activation Managers and Product Managers in their day-to-day work, taking on additional projects and tasks as they arise
Position Details:
Location: Hybrid Opportunity
Pay Rate: $32/hr.
Assignment Length: 6 Months
Shift: First - 8am - 4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Quality Responsibilities:
In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Minimum requirement:
Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Business) Firm.
Project management skillset (certification not required)
Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or business
Strong communications skills
Quick learner with ability to work independently
Must be competent in Microsoft Office, savvy in using technical systems, able to learn new software comfortably
Med Device (or other regulated industry) experience
Preferred:
Experience with Aprimo digital asset management.
Experience working within a large, matrixed organization
