Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.Position SummaryThe primary responsibility of the Kettle Coordinator is to support the Corps Officer during the kettle season with various kettle actives.Essential FunctionsConduct kettle Orientation for employees and volunteersPrepare proper paperwork for all Seasonal Kettle employeesAccurately enter all needed information into kettle program employee and campaign related.Recruit and assign volunteers and /or service clubs to various kettle locations.Prepare kettle schedules daily-assign employees in such a manner as to maximize net incomeTake inventory of all Kettle equipment, ensure any broken equipment is reported and replaced if necessary.Prepare Schedule route for Kettle DriverRespond to any complaints received by stores “Kettle” locationsSupervise, train and discipline employees as requiredPrepare kettle income for deposit. Make Bank Deposit in compliance with TSA PolicyArrange for Angel Trees to be set-up in storesAssist with activities concerning toy donationsKettle Driver regularly or as neededOn time Regular attendance is a mustWorking ConditionsAbility to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone.
