IP Litigation Associate Attorney
Our client, a prominent international law firm is seeking an IP Litigation Associate Attorney to contribute to its diverse practice areas and dynamic team environment. Focus:
- Support IP litigation through drafting, research, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Engage in cross-functional teamwork with colleagues, external counsel, and clients to devise and deploy winning IP legal solutions.
- Oversee intellectual property disputes encompassing patent validity, trade secret misappropriation, copyright violations, and trademark enforcement.
- Conduct technical analysis and provide insights related to IP matters, especially within the fields of technology, healthcare, and financial services.
- Engage in client communications, deliver updates, and offer strategic guidance on ongoing cases.
Skill Set:
- Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years' litigation experience in a law firm, in-house, or other relevant legal capacity.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
- STEM background highly valued.
- Proven track record of successfully navigating intricate intellectual property issues, spanning innovation protections, confidential information, creative rights, and brand identifiers.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and compelling communicator, capable of making legal expertise understandable.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Active engagement in law school, such as participation in moot court, law review, or relevant legal societies, is highly desirable.
