About This Role:
The HRBP: Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting requisition to onboarding successful candidates. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adept at building relationships, and have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach by phone, email or text.
  • Screen and validate resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person/virtual interviews.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and track progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Balance time to fill KPIs and quality candidate selection.
  • Keep up-to-date with recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Build a network of potential candidates and industry professionals to create a talent pool for future roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help to create a positive work environment.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house), 3 to 7 years.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software (ADP a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Experience recruiting within banking industry.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base hourly range for this position is $62,500 - $67,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
