ABOUT US

Join the team at the brand-new TownePlace Suites by Marriott, opening in March/April 2025! We're seeking a Director of Sales to start immediately, focusing on selling our 112-room extended-stay hotel to local businesses, groups, and event organizers to ensure a successful launch. Our hotel will feature in-room kitchens, separate sitting areas, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. Located in Nampa, a rapidly growing area near the hospital, the Ford Center, and expanding business parks, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something big!

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • 3+ years of experience as a sales leader, with prior hotel sales experience
  • Experience dealing with/communicating with ownership groups and asset management
  • Proficient in managing/using sales automation (DELPHI) & PMS systems
  • Previous Marriott Experience Preferred

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR DIRECTOR OF SALES?

In this Director of Sales role, you are the driving force behind our hotel's financial success. Your mission is to maximize our occupancy rates and generate revenue from every aspect of our business, including rooms, food, drinks, and event spaces. As the right-hand person to our General Manager, you play a vital role in orchestrating a top-notch revenue strategy that sets us apart from the competition. Group bookings? Piece of cake. Transient travelers? You've got them covered. Catering? You rule the scene. But your job doesn't stop there. You must stay ahead of the curve, constantly keeping an eye on market trends, analyzing our competitors, and ensuring that we are always one step ahead. Your expertise and dedication are crucial in achieving our goals. You remain flexible while being able to work on-call and work weekends as needed .
