Job Requirements / Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the security compliance of federal systems, ensuring adherence to FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, and DoD guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external government stakeholders to ensure security requirements are met.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ATO processes, POAM, and related security documentation.
- Ensure compliance with RMF and other relevant security frameworks.
- Coordinate with teams to utilize tools such as DISA STIG to meet security objectives.
- Serve as a security expert on all federal systems projects, advising on best practices and requirements.
Qualifications we're looking for:
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain the required DHS ISSO certification.
- Possession of one of the following certifications: CISM, CISSP, or GSLC.
- At least seven years of direct experience in information security,
- Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Strong understanding of DoD and cybersecurity policies and directives.
- Proficient knowledge of US Government security regulations, including FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST special publications.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, particularly with government agencies like TSA.
