Sr Manager Federal Systems Security

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the security compliance of federal systems, ensuring adherence to FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, and DoD guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external government stakeholders to ensure security requirements are met.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ATO processes, POAM, and related security documentation.
• Ensure compliance with RMF and other relevant security frameworks.
• Coordinate with teams to utilize tools such as DISA STIG to meet security objectives.
• Serve as a security expert on all federal systems projects, advising on best practices and requirements.

Qualifications we're looking for:

• Must currently hold or be able to obtain the required DHS ISSO certification.
• Possession of one of the following certifications: CISM, CISSP, or GSLC.
• At least seven years of direct experience in information security,
• Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Strong understanding of DoD and cybersecurity policies and directives.
• Proficient knowledge of US Government security regulations, including FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST special publications.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, particularly with government agencies like TSA.
