Human Performance Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, customize, and maintain Smartabase applications for the OHWS program.
2. Collaborate with sport science and data analytics teams to create efficient and effective data management and portrayal tools.
3. Interface with key stakeholders to understand project requirements.
4. Perform client support including troubleshooting, testing, and reporting technical issues related to Smartabase implementation.
5. Organize and document software development processes for transparency and future reference.
6. Analyze data to provide insights leading to increased customer engagement.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Smartabase application development and customization.
2. Strong background in sport science, data analytics or related fields.
3. 1+ years’ experience working with high performance organizations and Smartabase.
4. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
5. Detail-oriented organizational skills with a focus on thorough documentation.
6. Exceptional MS Office/Suite skills.
7. Programming experience in open-source data tools including R, Python, etc. (preferred).
8. Government/Military clearance (preferred).
