Position Summary:
The Main Banker is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the main bank, including daily operation, administration, maintenance, and protection of the casino bankroll. The Main Banker is also responsible for all cash and cash equivalents in the main bank.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Handles large amounts of money and maintains accountability over assigned bank.
• Protects and preserves the main bank assets including accounting for, documenting, and verifying the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing currency, coin, tokens, chips, cash, vouchers, TITO tickets, coupons, checks, jackpot slips, bank deposits, and other monetary units.
• Balances cash drawers. Ensures that the drawers are at the appropriate impress total at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Verifies the daily drops for the Count Room.
• Prepares daily bank deposits.
• Maintains cage equipment.
• Monitors and maintains and balance the TRU, MIMO, ATM and Coin Star machines.
• Runs necessary reports to balance.
• Processes buys for Cage Cashier.
• Keeps drawer appropriately stocked throughout the current shift and for the next shift.
• Completes all necessary paperwork according to procedure: Count sheets, buy sheets, etc.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
• Performs the duties of a Cage Cashier as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
• One (1) year experience in Cage Cashiering, Banking or similar environment.
• Basic computer input skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to understand and consistently deliver brand standard guest service.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and often crowded/noisy environment.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
