We are now hiring for an Engineering Technician I.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Engineering Technician I is responsible for developing Technical Data Packages and supporting their assembly for all new and existing products.

  • Interpret and convert customer technical data for Data Bus, RF, Point-to-Point wire harnesses to manufacturing documentation for building high quality products.
  • Provide support to Production teams.
  • Problem solves and troubleshoots internal production or customer design issues.
  • Recommends corrective or preventive actions to improve product quality or reliability.
ABOUT YOU:
  • Associate's degree or 1 year of related experience.
  • Knowledgeable in industry drawing standards and military specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and technical writing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with wire harness assembly.
  • Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling software.
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 or AS9100 certified company
  • Familiarity with electrical interconnects, integration, and systems for aerospace equipment.
  • Familiarity working with program requirements, wire connection lists, wire gauge sizing, and connector selection.
  • Certification in IPC-620 and/or J-STD-001
