Job Summary
RBI is looking for a thought-leading candidate with extensive payments experience to lead the Payments function that supports all four of our brands focused on the North American market. This position will drive insights on key trends within the organization. Specifically looking for a great mind that can help analyze large data sets and become our payments data subject matter expert.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be the innovative lead of the payments process for all four of our brands.
- Develop an understanding of the payments platform and processes to deliver deep analytical insights (trends, KPIs, payment processing costs, alert monitoring, etc.).
- Work closely with our payment service external partners to monitor performance and drive optimizations through data analysis.
- Utilize knowledge of performance data to help inform the payments roadmap.
- Define and evangelize payment metrics across the company to advocate, educate and align key stakeholders.
- Create, refine, and maintain visualizations/dashboards to track metrics and alerts.
- Analyze outcomes and report results in a consistent format that is comprehensible to a varied set of audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in CS, Statistics, Business, Economics, or similar experience.
- 5+ years experience using analytics to drive key business decisions.
- Previous experience in the payments industry in a like-sized global company.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and common pitfalls of data analysis.
- Experience working with large acquiring vendor partners.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
