Job Description
Core Responsibilites

• Production support - spot/stud weld fault recovery, document faults for optimization.
• Process improvements - expulsion reduction, continuous STC optimization.
• Training - share best practices, share knowledge with maintenance team, assist develop training materials.

Qualifications

• Strong background in resistance and arc welding.
• Bosch 7000 weld controller knowledge and experience.
• Experience in making and optimizing STC curves.
• Experience with Stanley stud systems a plus.
• Arc welding experience with Fronius welders a plus.
