Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Universal City, CA

Duration: 12 Months


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent required
  • Aside from a service minded and highly organized individual, in order to be fully successful in the role and maximize your potential


We are also looking for the following:

  • Strong Project Management / Program Management experience – this is a hands on role, some project management experience is desired to be successful in this role.
  • Delivery to tight deadlines – there will be a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it.
  • Proven ability to manage a large workload, prioritize and deliver high quality output will be essential.
  • Communication Skills – role requires the ability to communicate and engage throughout the organization, both in written and verbal form.
  • Strong presentation skills are a must. Service orientation and strong relationship building skills are critical.


Responsibilities:

  • Contract processing, including
  • RSG-Reconciling Deals/Amendments to mirror executed document
  • RSG-assistance with deal and amendment entry
  • CRM and RSG-customer set ups and updates
  • RSG-updating contracts status of ‘non-renewals’ and ‘in-renewals’
  • RSG-updating deal-maker names on active deals
  • RSG-updating rsg comments for weekly contract meetings
  • RSG OR Microstrategy-Running “CONFLICT CHECK” for Piracy Issues (legal)
  • RSG OR Microstrategy-Running “CONFLICT CHECK’ for Promotions and Parks
  • Microstrategy-Ad HOC Reports for stakeholders:
  • Property
  • Product
  • Distribution
  • Other
  • RSG or legal repositories (Desksite, Shared Drive) pulling contracts copies for various stakeholders
  • Assistance with updating sharepoint licensing guidelines
  • Other tasks as needed
