Job Requirements / Description

We are looking for a self-driven individual with great problem-solving and customer service skills for our Senior Office Administrative Assistant role. The key purpose of this role will be to support the Boulder, Colorado office operations and local management team to ensure the best experience for employees working in the office, employees visiting from other locations, or hosting client visits.

Duties & Accountabilities

  1. Provide high-quality support to the local management team including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  2. Act as an ambassador for office culture with office-wide communications and event planning for social, charity, and other company events.
  3. Serve as the key contact for all internal and external visitors, assisting with travel arrangements, seating, and conference room setup.
  4. Coordinate with building ownership and company workplace resources personnel in managing employee access, seating & equipment arrangements, supplies inventory, and facilities cleaning and upkeep.

Business Competencies

  1. At least 10 years of Office or Executive Administration experience.
  2. University graduate.
  3. Microsoft Office 365 experience including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint preferred.
  4. Excellent communication skills for interaction with personnel across the organization and with clients.
  5. Ability to work towards deadlines and self-prioritize.
  6. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to change.
  7. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
